long queues broken scale

The room upgrade was acceptable it met my minimum expectations.

The breakfast was chaotic like a canteen experience I waited in long queues for coffee and fruit. The coffee tasted like colored water and some TV channels did not work despite reporting the issue twice. The bathroom scale was also broken and never fixed .

Decent Stay but Some Issues

cold water absent valet

The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of items.

The shower water temperature fluctuated between lukewarm and COLD everyday. Valet service was also absent upon arrival. There was no one available to assist with luggage or provide directions to the check-in counter. This was a frustrating start.
